At the Hunkeler Innovation Days 2025 in Lucerne, held from 24 to 27 February, baumannperfecta presented innovative solutions in the field of digital print finishing together with the Postpress Alliance. In line with this year’s event motto ‘Connect’, the focus was on technologies that enable networked and automated digital print production. The exhibition provided an excellently organized overview of the latest technological developments and trends in the industry.

A key trend trend at the trade fair was the increasing focus on web-based digital printing, particularly in the area of inline production. Sheet-fed digital printing, which is showing remarkable growth potential, was also in focus. The trend towards inline production, particularly for larger print formats such as B2, is continuing. Offline post-press processing also remains an exciting field with a wide range of development opportunities.
The event brought together some of the most important international players in the industry and showed that there is still potential for more targeted customer approaches and visitor guidance. This opens up opportunities for future optimization and closer networking between exhibitors and visitors.
